Quarantine Approved At Home Workout

Going stir crazy?

Join my friend Mindy and I for an in-home workout (that we did together in Palm Springs before all this corona craziness began).

Mindy and I are using the BodyGym that she graciously gave me, but if you don’t have one (or have never heard of it like me before I met her) feel free to join us by just using your body weight or by modifying with a pair of light weights.

Mindy has been a personal trainer for 24 years and she recommends we do each exercise shown in the video 20x each.

I’ve been using BodyGym the past few months because…

my back 😭

My herniated disc still unfortunately really limits a lot of what I can do. Classes are often too intense and I have to modify so much or step out early that it just doesn’t seem worth it to pay for them.

I’ve liked that I can control how much resistance I can tolerate that day and that I can change from trying something challenging (like that inner thigh move in the video… OUCH!) or really light with just a flick of the wrist.
