Classic One-Piece Try On

I’ve heard so much about SummersaLt & finally gave them a try.

(And am I ever glad I did!)

See the try-on!

*SIZING: 5’6’’ // B *sometimes C cup depending on the brand // unusually long torso

I am wearing a size 6 in all of these photos which is what I wear in JCrew one-pieces as well. These all fit like an absolute glove!

See the try-on here via my IG Story.

I go into mega details of how it fits and anything I might foresee being a problem in the pool/ocean.

Vote on which one I should keep

I really only want to keep one and I can’t decide! Help me?

Comment here on this video to tell me which one you think I should keep (I have 30 days to send them back, so tick-tock people)

Final thoughts / review

10/10 would recommend this brand & here’s why:

  • Enough coverage to feel like a class act, but not too much coverage to make you feel like a granny.

  • Really well made!

It’s worth the $95 (and like all my clothes, I keep my swimsuits forever so I don’t mind paying for the quality when I know I’ll wear it for 2-5 summers!)

  • As timeless as they come!

About SUMMERSALT

Last year, I read about them in a magazine for their ultra flattering one-shoulder one-piece that sold like crazy. This summer, I’ve seen their “Simpler Summer” marketing floating around Instagram quite a bit. It was refreshing to see real people bodies running around with their families in their back yard and eating popsicles in their blow up pools instead of stick thin models in remote ritzy destinations.

When I clicked onto their site, I LOVED that you can pick from a variety of differently proportioned models. I was able to shop seeing their pieces on a girl like me –– 5’6” with my sized boobs and a bit more generous thighs. That sold me.

There’s nothing like ordering clothing (especially a suit), putting it on, and being like “thisss does not look like it did online…” Well hello, of course not! You haven’t had the stick thin proportions of the model you saw it on since you were in 5th grade!

I meant to get one, but blacked out on the cuteness and ended up with 7. Oops.
